I placed an order for a baby doll with dark hair, but I was actually hoping for one with blonde locks. By the time I got an email from the company about the blonde option, the dark-haired doll was already on its way. I sent back the dark-haired doll, ordered the blonde one, and it arrived in just four days. I also received my refund for the dark-haired doll in roughly a week and a half. Overall, it was a nice experience, and they were super quick to reply to my emails.

I decided to buy your dolls after seeing one that a friend got for her little girl. When my package arrived, I found that one of the dolls was not the one I had requested. I attempted to call several times, but each time the call got cut off. I also tried reaching out via the support email, but it wouldn’t go through. To top it off, when I tried to log back into my account, I was informed that I didn’t have one.

It's adorable! The doll got here fast and seems well-made. However, I was hoping it would feel a bit more 'weighted.' Honestly, it feels just like a standard baby doll you'd find in stores. Plus, I ordered an additional outfit, but they sent me the exact same one the doll is already wearing! I gotta say, the customer service at line 845521-7386 was really helpful.

Delivery was solid right up to the last 2 weeks leading up to Christmas. I got a big doll and the new 12 inch baby as well. Sadly, the pacifier would only stay on the tip of the nose of the 12 inch baby. That was a real letdown on Christmas morning.

I’m looking to discover who the delivery service is for Amazon and eBay. I’ve got a couple of dolls to send back, and I need the return address to get them back to the seller. I bought Liam, and he’s super cute and well-crafted. However, I’m not too pleased with one of the other dolls.

I ran into some trouble with my order getting misplaced, but you sorted it out and resent my package, which showed up on time the next go. The doll is stunning and just like you said; my daughter is thrilled with it.

I was really let down by the quality of the doll. The hair was terrible. It just didn't match what I saw online, and I won't spend this kind of money on a doll that's so subpar.

This doll is absolutely stunning, and my granddaughter is thrilled with it! However, the service I received was terrible. I placed my first order on December 6, and by the 18th, I had to reach out to them. They apologized and mentioned that the original doll was unavailable, but they never informed me about it! I emailed them asking to swap it for their recommendation, but I didn’t get any response. With Christmas approaching, I decided to order a second doll, and guess what? Both dolls ended up being shipped together! Now I’ve got one for myself too! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had my doubts about buying from Yesteria, but I'm super happy I went for it. The ordering process on their site was a breeze, and the doll got shipped out quickly, arriving way sooner than I expected! It's gorgeous and top-notch quality. My daughter is totally in love with it! The only tip I’d give is to spend a bit more for the gift box. Totally worth it.

I really like little George, but I decided to call him Dennis instead. The way he's put together is a bit off; there's just too much stuffing in the chest, which pushes his head back a tad too much. I had to shove some of that stuffing down so his head sits more normally. I dig all the hair, though I did have to trim it a bit to give him a more boyish vibe. Overall, I'm totally in love with him.
